A Successful academy trust in Warwickshire are looking for a full time and experienced HR Manager to start ASAP. This is an exciting role for a qualified HR Manager who wants to lead a small team of School HR professionals with a mixture of HR experience.

Successful candidates will have the following:

·         HR management experience preferably in a Secondary school

·         An understanding of school HR systems and the ability to implement and roll out a new one

·         Proven success in training new HR officers so they can successfully grow the in house team

·         The ability to work independently

·         The ability to implement innovative and successful methods of working as a team

Ideally, you will be ambitious and forward thinking as the Academy trust plans to expand quite rapidly over the next few years and will eventually need a much bigger HR team. If you have the desire to train and grow your own HR team in an innovative environment – then this is perfect for you.
