Working for a Midlands based Academy trust with a strong network of head teachers who support one another. The main focus for this year is curriculum - in particular Maths and Science so would be suitable for applicants who are currently working as a head in a school that has made excellent progress in curriculum across the school or a deputy head who is keen to take the next step in their career with proven quick impact on the results in Maths and Science.
