We are happy to be working with a large Multi Academy trust to find a suitable Assistant Director of Education in charge of Secondary schools. This exciting role will enable the right person to work strategically across 6 schools on school improvement – particularly the area of teaching and learning and curriculum. You will be directly reporting to an established and well revered Director who has a clear and concise school improvement strategy that involves working in collaboration with a number of new Secondary heads of school in driving up standards across the academy trust.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is experienced and has proven recent success in raising standards through effective leadership coaching. We would be very interested in speaking to applicants with previous experience heading up school improvement over a number of schools at the same time and has a flexible and adaptable coaching style.
