Primary Deputy Head teacher

Salary £51,639 - £55,600

A Small West Midlands Primary school is looking to appoint an interim Deputy Head teacher from April 2018 or a substantive Deputy from September 2018 or sooner.

Our client has asked us to support them in finding the best candidate for their Deputy Head teacher vacancy. You will have previous experience of raising standards in curriculum and have evidence of successfully leading a school out of special measures. This role would be particularly suitable for a leader who has a strong focus on KS2 curriculum and experience of monitoring and allocating pupil premium.

The school is interested in looking at a variety of successful candidates who can add value to their already successful leadership team, but there would particular interest in deputies who have prior experience of working in schools who have successfully come out of special measures during their time in leadership.

You must have:

· previous school leadership experience

· British QTS or equivalent
