Interim Head teacher of a PRU

Starting April 2018

Daily rate: £380 - £450 per day

A pupil referral unit South Birmingham has asked us to find an interim Head teacher with experience working with children with SEMH and who has had proven success in raising academic standards in this setting.

The role is full time and interim currently, however the governors are looking to appoint a substantive head teacher in the near future. The suitable candidate will be engaging and confident to inspire staff at the school to be the best they can be and raise standards. Behaviour policies are effective at this school and the key focus for the governors is to improve on the learning so a leader who is confident in their abilities to take learning one step further is essential.
